Often depicted as a face made of vines or leaves, this mysterious entity has been represented in many cultures and religions all over the world and throughout history. The Green Man symbolises growth, rebirth and spring and is considered to be the Protector or Guardian of the Forest.
This artwork is my own interpretation on the subject, and was part of my 2021 exhibition “Totemia”.
